Terms and Conditions on making account with TTamer-Collection
All Personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the

promotions and discounts offered by us.

TTamer-Collection Ltd will not post the product until payment
has been received and approved by the method it was sent.
If you are purchasing an item for the next working day delivery service
payment has to be clear before 12pm
This Service Does NOT include Weekends or Holidays.
With Extreme Weather Conditions such as Flooding or Heavy Snow Fall in
the area you are living or the area TTamer-Collection is based in
It may cause Delay in Delivery which is out of our hands but will be
delivered as soon as possible
This Service is Also NOT available to postal codes in Channel islands,
Isle of Sicily, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands,
Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Returns Policy
Please Send an email First to Let us know
the reason for wanting to Return the Item.
You can do this by emailing :
info@ttamer-collection.co.uk and put the subject as
Returns - then the name of the product.
If Item is damaged or faulty please attach images
We give Buyers 30 days to return the item.
Item has be returned in original Box or Packing
Leave a Note with your full name and whether you would like
a replacement or a refund

For Returns if item is faulty we will send you a pre-paid return label.
However if you don't like the item or
ordered the wrong size then the customer pays the return cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in same format payment
was received for the goods.
Please allow 48 working hours for refund so it can be inspected
and a refund can be processed.
Generally The Buyer will not be refunded until the item
has been delivered back to us and been inspected.
(Sometimes TTamer-Collection may ask the buyer to dispose of the item
and they will get a refund without having to send the item back)
Please note that if We issue a refund before We have received the Goods
and have not had a chance to inspect them,
We may subsequently charge You an appropriate sum if We find that
the Goods have been handled in a way that would otherwise entitle Us
to reduce Your refund or refuse to issue a refund altogether.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Certain Goods may be provided with a manufacturer’s warranty.
For further details and terms, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty
documentation supplied with the packing of the goods and please keep this in a safe place.
The manufacturer’s warranty exists in addition to Your legal rights as a consumer
(that the Goods match their description, that they are of satisfactory quality
and that they are fit for purpose).
For Goods that do not match their description,
are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose please contact us first ,
You may be entitled to return the product to Us.
